A Diaconate Information Packet with a preliminary application is available from the Archdiocese Diaconate Office.  To have this packet sent to you, please contact the Diaconate Office directly using the information below.  You must have contacted your pastor and have his support prior to receiving the preliminary application.  Applications are no longer being accepted for the ordination class of 2012 that begins in July 2008.  An information packet can be mailed to you but no applications will be sent until after January 1, 2009.
